RCM 1 learns from one source no scraper can reach: professional editors making real cuts on real footage and saying why, out loud, as they work. That narration is the product. We pay for it, we credit it, and it never gets resold as footage.

01The work.

You edit short-form pieces from raw footage we provide — licensed, cleared, ready to cut. As you work you narrate the decisions: which take carries, where the cut lands, why the pause stays. A session produces a finished short plus the decision record underneath it. That pair is what trains the model. No timeline exports, no homework, no unpaid tests — the calibration edit that starts the relationship is paid too.

Sessions run in a browser tool built for exactly this — open a link, cut at proxy resolution, talk while you work. No installs. The tool is live: approval opens it the same day, and everything from application to payout runs self-serve inside it. No calls, no meetings, ever. The terms hold: paid per finished session, credited by name unless you prefer otherwise.

We used one continuous take, so this is the best one, where everything that needs to be said is said. It's very fluent, natural-sounding, and it just works so this is the final version.

02The terms, plainly.

Paid per finished narrated session, rate agreed before the first one — tell us your number in the application. Payouts go through Wise or PayPal, most countries covered. Every editor who teaches the model is credited by name on the provenance ledger. Your narration and decisions train RCM 1 and nothing else; the footage you cut is licensed to us, and your own reel stays yours. The full exchange is written in the terms — no exclusivity, stop whenever you want.

03Who we are looking for.

Working editors with short-form judgement — you have cut talking-to-camera pieces for clients or your own channels and can explain a cut in one sentence. Tool does not matter; taste does. The first cohort is small on purpose: fewer editors, more sessions each, real feedback loops.
