How do coaches get their talking videos edited without hiring an editor?

Record on whatever camera you have, upload the raw takes to Real Cut, and get back a finished short — best take kept, restarts and dead air removed, captions on. Notes like a tighter opening are typed in plain words. A weekly short stops depending on anyone else’s calendar.

Do I need studio gear or a script?

No. Phone footage is expected, and restarts are the normal case, not a failure. Talk until you say it the way you mean it; the model keeps the take where the line landed. Output covers 9:16, 16:9, 1:1, and 4:5 for wherever you post.

Will my videos train the model?

No — never silently. Today nothing of yours trains RCM 1; when the training exchange goes live it will be explicit, opt-in, and never retroactive, and paid tiers train nothing by default. There is no perpetual license to your content, on any plan.
