01What you are paid

You are paid per finished narrated session, at the rate agreed before the first one — the number you named in your application. It holds until you and we agree to change it.

Both modes pay the same way: cutting from raw footage, and refining a model cut. A session earns once it is uploaded and verified. The calibration edit that starts the relationship is paid too — no session you finish goes unpaid.

02What the work is

You edit short-form pieces from footage we provide — licensed, cleared, ready to cut. As you work you narrate the decisions: which take carries, where the cut lands, why the pause stays.

A session produces a finished short plus the decision record underneath it. That pair is what teaches RCM 1. The narration is the product.

03What we do with it, and what we do not

Your narration and decisions train RCM 1 and nothing else. The footage you cut is licensed to us for that purpose and is never resold as footage.

Your own reel stays yours. Nothing here asks for it, and nothing here takes it.

04Credit

Every editor who teaches the model is credited by name on the provenance ledger at realcut.ai/provenance — unless you prefer otherwise, which you can tell us at any time.

05How you are paid out

Payouts go through Wise or PayPal, most countries covered. You enter where your money goes yourself, in your editor settings, and only you and the payout rail ever see the full details.

Earnings accrue on your ledger from the first verified session, and what you see on the ledger is what the system knows. Nothing you have earned expires.

06Stopping

There is no exclusivity and no quota. Work when you want. Either side can stop at any time, for any reason.

If you stop, the work you already did stays credited, and any session you finished and we verified stays owed to you.
